Product orders are despatched from our warehouse on the same day or the next working day following receipt of your order (subject to stock availability).  All products are shipped via Courier or AUSTRALIA POST.

You can expect to receive your order within 2 to 7 working days, depending on your location within Australia. Please quote a fixed delivery address when placing your product order as Courier is unable to deliver to a "PO BOX" address. In the event that an item is out of stock, we will contact you upon receipt of your order to advise of the waiting time until the product is available for delivery.  If the waiting time is unsuitable, we will happily cancel your order and refund the total monies paid.

Please be aware that during peak delivery periods such as Christmas and Easter, there may be slight delays in your order reaching you.  Please let us know if you have not received your order within the expected time frame and we will happily track it for you.
